Stationary crushers and screens
Stationary crushers are relative to mobile crushers or portable crushers. Stationary crushers are installed in the steel plant or concrete plant, which can’t be moved easily. The mobile crushes are equipped with the wheels or track, which move more easily than stationary crushers. The Stationary crushers are often used in stone quarry or mineral mining, but the mobile crushers are used in construction, road building, concrete broken, etc. The cost of Stationary crushers is less then mobile crushers.
SBM stationary crushers include jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher.
Jaw crusher is the primary crusher, which features simple structure, high crushing ratio, stable performance and low operation cost. There are two types of jaw crusher, PE jaw crusher and JCE jaw crusher.
Cone crusher can be used as secondary crusher or territory crusher in crushing process. There are four types of cone crusher, CS cone crusher, hcs90 cone crusher, hydraulic cone crusher and spring cone crusher. cone crusher is one of the most favorable products of SBM.
Impact crusher is not only a crusher, but also the stone shaping machine, whose producing products is more suitable for road building and construction. There are three types of impact crushers, PF impact crusher, VSI crusher and VSI5X crusher.
SBM Stationary screen
Stationary screen is the necessary equipment for stationary crushers, which used to sieve the different sizes’ final products. SBM stationary screen is vibrating screen, which is widely used for grading and screening materials in such fields as chemical industry, minerals, quarry, building materials, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, smelting and so on.
