Features of SBM sand and stone production line

As a kind of crushing machine, sand and stone production line is specially designed for producing building sand and aggregated rocks. Compared with traditional sand making machine, it saves 50% energy.
Our sand and stone production line can be used for crushing rocks, stones, sandrocks, limestone, granite, basalt and cobble. The output sands are of equal size and have high compressive strength and quite suitable for use in construction.
Sand and stone production line has the features of reliable performance, easy operation, rational design, low cost and high efficiency.

Flow of sand and stone production line

Stones are evenly sent into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder, for coarse crushing.
The crushed materials are sent into sand making machine by traveling apron, for fine crushing.
Then the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen and classified according to different sizes.
The qualified stones are washed by sand washing machine and sent out by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the sand making machine and crushed again.
If users adopt dry production technology, the sand and gravel production line should be equipped with separator (for separating coarse powder and fine powder) and dust removal plant.
