Sand Making Plant
Sand making plant is made up of vibrating feeders, jaw crushers, VSI impact crushers, vibrating screens, sand washers, belt conveyor and a central control panel. Our company is ready to deliver sand making plant whose performance from 50 to 500 tons per hour.
How SBM sand making plant works?
Boulders are sent to the primary jaw crusher by vibrating feeders. Then they are sent to the second jaw crusher for the further fragmentation. Crushed material conveyor is sent to impact crusher VSI for shaping. Then they are sent to vibrating screen for sieving. The crushed materials, which are not suitable, are sent to the second jaw crusher for further processing.
Product obtained from VSI crusher is sent to the vibrating screen where the stuff goes to the Sand Washing Machine, and improper returns to the jaw crusher. Thus the making plant consists of two closed circle. Optionally, the sand making plant could be beefed up with different equipment.
