Gypsum Powder Plant
Gypsum powder is used as a tofu coagulant, making it ultimately a major source of dietary calcium, especially in Asian cultures which traditionally use few dairy products. Gypsum powder plant consists of gypsum crushing machine and gypsum grinding machine. Crushing machine breaks the big sized gypsum ore into less than 25mm sized ore. After storing and measured by weight belt, it is sent onto grinding machine to grind. After filtrated by powder concentrator, it is sent into fluidized bed furnace to calcine. Unqualified powder is sent back to gypsum grinding mill to grind again until it becomes qualified. The qualified powder after calcined is sent to store or use.
Gypsum Powder Equipment
The common gypsum powder equipment are gypsum crushing machine and gypsum grinding machine.
Gypsum crushing machine is a new type and high-efficient hammer crusher, which is applicable to crush the particles of large volume and middle hardness. The output particles are smaller than 25 mm. It is matched with power of 75kw, production capacity of 50-80 t/h.
Gypsum grinding machine equipped with 4 Raymond mill machines. The mill is of advanced technology, running stably. The out-put particles are in uniform shape. The in-put particles should smaller than 30mm, and it is matched with powder of 318kw.

The whole gypsum process is as following: Gypsum - homogenization - rough breaking - detailed breaking – Measurement (calculating) – calcined (oil coal, dust-collector) - homogenization(dust-collector) - grinding(dust-collector) - aging (dust-collector) - packing
