Concrete waste recycling plant
A significant amount of construction of residential and industrial complex was built in the 60's to 80's of last century. The main stages of processing substandard concrete are:
- destruction of substandard concrete (grade 500) at the facility with the press to a size not exceeding 200 mm, with the release valve;
- fractionation of the noise;
- shredding large pieces on the crusher.
The description of technology recycling of concrete and concrete products:
- Large-scale reinforced concrete slabs, nekonditsiya loaded onto the press table by crane, the crane-beam or other mechanism. >Panel or a piece of the product to tie the straps to put on the table. Removal of fixtures can be produced by the same crane for disposal.
- Primary failure of concrete products to the release valve is installed on the press. Setting the table has a fixed grate, and the product moves along the table to the press and the structural failure occurs in pieces of 200 mm.

- Large chunks come to the crusher for secondary crushing, and then returned to screening for fractionation.
