Artificial sand making plant
The common artificial sand making plant consists of Hopper -> vibrating feeder -> PE primary jaw crusher -> JC secondary jaw crusher -> PF secondary impact crusher (PFW impact crusher optional) -> Cone crusher -> VSI crusher (sand making machine) -> vibrating screen -> sand washing machine -> conveyor belt -> control system.
Sand making equipment
There are some sand making equipments very important in artificial sand making plant, such as PE primary jaw crusher, PF secondary impact crusher, VSI crusher (sand making machine).
PE jaw crusher is usually used as primary crusher in artificial making plant, which features Simple structure and easy maintenance, Stable performance and low operating cost, High crushing ratio and so on.
PF impact crusher is used as secondary crusher in sand making plant, whose roles is to further crush the material out of jaw crusher. The impact crusher is suitable for materials whose compressive strength is under 360Mpa and side length is under 500mm.
VSI crusher, also named sand making machine, is the key equipment in artificial sand making plant, which can be used as a crusher or a shaper by changing feeding methods and core structure of the crushing cavity. VSI crusher is widely applied in expressway and railway building, hydropower station construction, bridge and tunnel building, concrete batching plant, etc.
Workflow of artificial sand production line
The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush. Then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the sand-making machine will be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine. The parts into the sand-making machine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.
