Application of Raymond Mill:

Raymond mill is widely used in the building , chemical industry, metallurgy, mine field.
Feature of Raymond Mill:
Top 1. The whole plant of raymond mill is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.
2. Compared with other milling plants or traditional raymond mill, Powder ground by Raymond grinder can be screened at a rate of above 99%, this is what other grinding mill can not reach.
3. Our raymond mill's driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.
4. Electricity is central controlled without manual operation in host machine room, so the automatically is high, no people are needed in the operating room when the raymond mill is working.
5. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. Host machine driving unit adopts closed reduction box.
6. Shovel tool rest for host machine keeps in touch with materiel while rotating. It is composed of two parts, of which bracket may be changed after abrasion through dismounting bolts connected.
