A vibrating feeder is an instrument that uses vibration to "feed" material to a process or machine. Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. Vibrating feeders use both vibration and gravity to move material. Gravity is used to determine the direction, either down, or down and to a side, and then vibration is used to move the material. SBM Machinery vibrating feeders are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh & the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation & low maintenance. The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.
