Wonderful stone crushing plant of SBM Machinery

In the stone crushing plant, Stone crushing machine is used to crush stones into small particle size or change the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite for building aggregates, artificial sand production and recycle building waste materials such as debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.

Stone crushing production line includes three process systems, they are stone primary crushing process, secondary crushing process and stone screen process. And the whole plant consists of Jaw Crusher(rough crush), Impact Crusher(fine crush), vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, and belt conveyor, and so on. Combining three processes is a complete stone crushing production line, or also called stone crushing plant.

In stone crushing plant, Jaw Crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller after Jaw Crusher, they're used in Impact Crusher or Cone Crusher for secondary crushing, then have the stone shapping machine so you can get cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out your suitable building aggregates, as the unsuitable stones go back to the crusher machine for re-crushing. Stone crusher equipment may be split into quartz crusher, limestone crusher, marble crusher, granite crusher, based on the chemical properties.

In the stone crushing plant, raw materials are evenly fed into the Jaw Crusher by vibrating feeder as primary crushing. Then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products into impact crusher as secondary crushing. Then, the secondary products are separated into different sizes by the vibrating screen, and the stone which does not reach the required size will be return to the impact crusher for re-crushing.

The whole plant of Stone Crushing Process is highly automatic and the size of the finished products is even, good-shaped and can be adjustable, with high crushing ratio, low power consumption and high capacity, which is suitable for big, middle and small projects, such as road and bridge construction.
