Introduction of Raymond Mill

Raymond Mill is relevant towards the grinding and processing of more than 280 types of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness lower than 7and humidity lower than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy.

Raymond mill also named raymond grinder mill or raymond grinding mill can grind many kinds of non-explosive and non-flammable mineral materials such as marble, sandstone, granite, gravel, basalt, gypsum, calcite, quartz, limestone etc. Raymond mill is used widely in grinding industry.

During the Raymond Mill is working, firstly, raw material is crushed by Jaw Crusher to the required size, then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind.

After this, the ground stuff are carried by the air from the blower into the separator for vibrating screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The set's airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.

Compared with ball mills, Raymond mill has higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and smaller area occupying and smaller lump-sum investment. Due to the centrifugal force, the roller mills grind tightly on the rings. Thus it will not influence the output and granularity of the finished products even when the roller and the ring have wear-out in some degree.

Most Raymond Mills are used for handling with some frivolous material, but with the deepening of understanding and the superiority of the crushing steel, all kinds of raymond grinding mills are developed quickly and used wider and wider. The whole plant of raymond mill is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area.

From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system. Even to the entire scrapped cars and household appliances, processed with appropriate conveyor and sorting equipment, the composition of scrap broken lines can be easily finished ,so it is no need to dismantle of scrapped cars and household appliances and it is easily to product and process automatically to get pure crushed steel, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials available.
