High pressure grinding mill of SBM Machinery

High pressure grinding mill is a new kind of mill, the highly effective high pressure grinder mill that we manufactured with advanced powder separating technology combined with German and Japan and was invented by our company chief engineer Mr Bai yinghui, who has been engaged in the research and development of grinding machine for many years. This new patent product with high efficiency and low energy consumption opened up an epoch of the international industry pulverizing.

high pressure grinding millSBM Machinery High Pressure Mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in the industries of metallurgy, construction materials, chemical, and mining, etc. It can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolin, ceram and slags, etc. The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh. It is possible to produce 30-80 mesh coarse powder through special device in the machine if necessary.

The high pressure grinding mill has many features and benefits. Compared with the common Raymond grinding mill under the same power conditions, the capacity can be increased by 10%; moreover, under the performance of high-pressure springs, the rollers grinding pressure on raw materials can be raised by 800-1200kgf. What's more, the final product size ranges from the maximum particle diameter of 30mesh to the finest diameter of 425 mesh.

Depending on these indispensable and outstanding features and benefits, the high pressure grinding mill is working more smooth and safe. When the high pressure grinding mill is working, materials are firstly crushed by the jaw crusher, then through an elevator, the materials are uniformly fed into the grinding chamber by an electromagnetic feeder, lastly, the materials are sent to the grinding zone (formed by the grinding roller and ring) by a shovel. The milling unit is equipped with a high-pressure spring, thus greatly increasing the milling pressure between the roller and ring and reducing the swing frequency of the grinding roller. The ground particles are brought up by the air current of the blower into the classifier for classification. The particles with the satisfactory fineness are brought up by the air current through the pipe into a cyclone collector for separation and collection. The finished particles are discharged from a pipe outlet and the air current returns to the blower.
